I have no instructions / manual. Everything was working fine with the system (never tried to use the remote start) until I let my 16 yo start driving it.
Suddenly neither fob works the doors and when I start the engine the blue LED flashes like a nice blue strobe (very annoying at night). I've tried a few generic Alpine reset instructions and nothing has worked so far.
I'm about to go to a car stereo place to see if someone can sort it out but thought I would ask here first. Find the brain of the unit, the model number is printed on it.

Getting Alpine support might be tough, they stopped making security products more than a few years ago. They should still have a PDF version of the manuals if you contact them direct. If it's got the blue LED, probably the SEC100/150, or maybe the SEC-8028. I can't remember which one was the blue LED crossover model. Probably the SEC-100 or SEC-8028. Both the install and owners manual for the 100 should pop up. Install for the 8028 only on there edit. I found one of the FOBS, if you have the SEC-RC001 FOB, you have the SEC 100/S or 150/S I have a spare for you.
The SEC-8028 had the SEC-8428 FOB, I don't have any of those. The install manual has the instructions to add FOBs to the system if you think it got bumped out.
